Luisa is originally from Milan, Italy and moved to Zurich for a PhD in molecular biology/genetics. Her interest in science, however, extends to a variety of topics, including the relationship between science and society. Besides, she is very passionate about ballet and almost every sport related to mountains, where she flees whenever she can.
